My role and team

Principal Product Designer co-leading the design system. Setting the objectives, roadmaps and delivering the day-to-day design assets.

I took the lead on embedding accessibility, setting up operating practices and managing our backlog

Our whole agile team included three front-end engineers, two mid-product designers, and in part-time roles an engineering manager, product manager and design director
